Captain Anthony Cox

Anthony’s passion for fishing comes from growing up on the banks of the Sacramento River in Dunsmuir, California. He started as a fishing guide in the Lower Delta and has been guiding full time in Central and Northern California for over 10 years. As a licensed USCG Captain, Anthony is fully certified in First Aid and CPR. Being permitted with the US Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management to provide guided fishing trips on the Sacramento River from Redding to Rio Vista, New Melones, Don Pedro along with Whiskeytown Lake, Trinity Lake and Shasta Lake.

Anthony’s fully equipped 23 ft FishRite and 23 ft Alumaweld Jet Boats are stocked with all top of the line tackle and bait to guarantee your success on the water for any fish you would like to chase. AC Guide Service specializes in fishing for Trout, Kokanee, Salmon, Stripers and Strugeon with full service fish cleaning included. Cold bottled water is provided, please ensure you pack your own lunch/snack. Don’t forget your fishing licenses and proper attire for the current weather conditions! Any children under the age of 13 years must bring and wear their own life vests while on the boat.
